    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using our byeapps platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

    2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

    Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the security of your account credentials.

    Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

    Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

    3. Payment Processing

    Stripe Integration: All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

    Stripe Connect: For marketplace transactions, we use Stripe Connect to facilitate payments between buyers and sellers. Platform fees and processing fees apply as disclosed at checkout.

    Payment Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for your purchases, including applicable taxes and fees.

    Refunds and Disputes: Refund policies vary by seller. Payment disputes are handled through Stripe's dispute resolution process.

    4. Domain Registration Services

    OpenSRS Integration: Domain registration services are provided through OpenSRS. You agree to comply with ICANN policies and domain-specific terms.

    DNS Management: We provide DNS services through AWS Route 53 and Cloudflare. You are responsible for proper DNS configuration and any associated costs.

    Domain Ownership: You retain ownership of registered domains, subject to registry policies and renewal requirements.

    Domain Transfers: Domain transfers are subject to registry lock periods and transfer policies.

    5. Shipping and Fulfillment

    Shipping Partners: We integrate with USPS, DHL, and FedEx for shipping services. Delivery times and costs are determined by the selected carrier.

    Shipping Responsibility: Sellers are responsible for accurate product descriptions, packaging, and timely shipment.

    Delivery Issues: Claims for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments must be filed with the respective carrier.

    International Shipping: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions.

    6. Content and Data Storage

    AWS S3 Storage: Product images and user content are stored on Amazon Web Services S3. You grant us the right to store and display your content.

    Content Standards: All uploaded content must comply with our community guidelines and applicable laws.

    Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it for platform operations.

    AWS SES Email Services: We use Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) for transactional emails, notifications, and marketing communications. All email communications are processed through AWS infrastructure.

    7. Platform Performance and Security

    Cloudflare Services: We use Cloudflare for content delivery, DDoS protection, and performance optimization.

    Email Delivery: Email communications are delivered through Amazon SES with built-in spam protection, bounce handling, and delivery optimization.

    Service Availability: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

    Security Measures: We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

    8. Email Communications

    AWS SES Integration: All platform emails including order confirmations, shipping notifications, account updates, and marketing communications are sent through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES).

    Email Types: We send transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets, account notifications), promotional emails (marketing campaigns, product updates), and system notifications (security alerts, policy changes).

    Unsubscribe Rights: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email or by updating your account preferences.

    Email Deliverability: We implement best practices for email deliverability including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication to ensure legitimate emails reach your inbox.

    Bounce and Complaint Handling: AWS SES automatically handles email bounces and spam complaints to maintain sender reputation and comply with anti-spam regulations.

    9. Intellectual Property Rights

    Platform Rights: Our platform, including software, design, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws.

    User Content: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and sell any content or products.

    DMCA Compliance: We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and will respond to valid takedown notices.

    10. Prohibited Activities

    You agree not to:

    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
    • Infringe on intellectual property rights
    • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
    • Upload malicious software or harmful content
    • Interfere with platform operations or security
    • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
    • Sell prohibited or restricted items

    11. Limitation of Liability

    Service Limitations: Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

    Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    Third-Party Services: We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services including Stripe, OpenSRS, AWS, or shipping carriers.

    12. Termination

    Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or illegal activities.

    Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, but certain provisions survive termination.

    Data Retention: We may retain your data for legal compliance and operational purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

    13. Dispute Resolution

    Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
